We're a friendly and social group that combines exercise with helping out local charities and community groups. Every Monday evening we meet to get active and do a physical task to make a difference in the Newcastle area. The GoodGym motto is 'Do Good, Get Fit'. We also have other sessions, such as this one, at other times of the week. We meet at the location without running there on these other days and times.

We've been invited to Gateshead Volunteer Recruitment Fair. It runs from 10am-1pm at Gateshead Leisure Centre.
Following a successful first event in 2025, which welcomed more than 100 visitors, Gateshead Volunteer Recruitment Fair is delighted to be back for 2026 and helping even more Gateshead residents discover the benefits of volunteering

Participating at GoodGym Newcastle
GoodGym is for absolutely everyone aged 18 and above. We welcome runners of all abilities, including absolute beginners or those returning from injury.

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
