St James Church
The church has a lovely congregation of older people who have been with it for many years. Unfortunately, they are all getting on and have various health issues so could do with a hand with some of their events.

Note that the church have asked for volunteers for 1.5 hours but the session has been listed for an hour, if you can stay longer (if needed) please do (just let Elaine know when you arrive.

The lovely congregation and volunteers would welcome some help packing away the tables and chairs for their annual Jumble Sale. Expect some heavy lifting with boxes and items to be moved into the storage area (up on a stage, step access) from the hall as well as putting tables away. There will also be some lighter jobs sorting bags and boxes of excess goods for takeaway by the recycling and waste management company. You may benefit from having gloves but otherwise just come prepared to get stuck in.

Please ask for Elaine on arrival.

How are you getting there?
