She has had GoodGym's help before and loves seeing the runners - she's grateful for the help. She would like - 2 pint semi skimmed milk, a bag of fresh spinach, a bag of mixed salad, a tub of hummus, 500ml tub of Greek yogurt, a bag of frozen salmon, a bag of chicken thighs, a sourdough loaf and a de scaler for kettle.
