The Quicksilver Hampton Court Half Marathon is the original race in the area. It is run over a fast, flat and visually interesting course that borders the river-side grounds of the magnificent Hampton Court Palace to the South West of London. The fast flat route is definite PB potential, while also offering great scenery. The closed road start adds to the big race feel and runner security.

This professionally managed event includes baggage storage, toilets at Start/Finish and halfway mark and an officially measured course run under a UKA licence. Accredited traffic marshals will keep you safe and pacer groups will help you achieve your target time. All finishers receive a superb medal, our great Goody bag and a free high quality technical race T shirt that you will want to keep and run in as part of your regular kit!

Runners will enjoy the closed road loop around the picturesque village of Thames Ditton, the historic Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames Marketplace, the iconic three mile stretch of the Barge Walk beside the Thames and of course full views of Hampton Court Palace where Henry VIII will be waiting to cheer you on.

The course is very flat and runs on pavement, shared pedestrian/cycle track, riverside way, and tarmac paths through parks. The race starts at 08.30 a.m. The wave start system will give all entrants a clear run on the open public road elements. There are good runner facilities, toilets and baggage area at the Race HQ.
