Tonight we are back with the Newtown Garden Community! Our task tonight is two-fold - to empty usable leaf-mould into dump bags and then to clear leaves from the streets to put into compost.

We’ll meet at the Phoenix for a short run to the task (approx 1km). We have access to storage facilities if you need to leave items there.

What to bring - please bring gardening-type gloves if you have them (we have spares though), and some form of torch/headtorch as it’ll get dark quite quickly.

Any issues please reach out to session leader Craig on 07902973332

New to GoodGym?

This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.

New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

Options are available to run between 1km and 2km in total

Remember that we run to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you can't run for more than 15mins without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.
