I thought as I can’t run, the next best things is cheering and supporting! So come along and either join in or keep an eye out and give us a wave as you run past!

Come along and bring your best high fives, cow bells or whatever you may have to cheer on the brilliant community that is GoodGym

If you are taking part, look out for the amazing GoodGym Newcastle flag, on the left hand side of the road, directly outside Gateshead International Stadium

I’ll be there extra early to grab the best spot, but just come along whenever you fancy

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
