This Saturday (29th July) runners from Goodgym Barnet will be testing their newly-discovered hill running skills at the infamous Ally Pally Parkrun.

Bring a friend, bring a dog, bring a baby, bring a bottle (of water), and most importantly: bring a barcode!

Get that lovely smug feeling when you've done your exercise for the day before most people are out of bed.
