A dreary damp cold evening in Bath for our super 7 runners for our 7k run for The British Heart Foundation distributing charity collection bags being its that time of year to declutter

A warm welcome to Tom joining us for his first Goodgym run, apologies for the rain but we are in Bath after all. A much needed warm up to get us geared up and ready for action on this cold evening. The load was shared out amongst the runners filling pockets with bags before our headcount and setting off in the direction of Widcombe.

A good mixture of hills tonight with lots of squats thrown in as we regrouped on tonight's route and a Giant hill rep on Forefield rise (thrown in for good measure) one of Baths steepest hills and I have to say "didn't they do well" although a few moans and groans could be heard.

We distributed over 150 bags tonight around the city raising awareness and some much needed funds for The British Heart foundation plus we topped it off with a longer run back whilst running and chatting.

Thank you to Pascale for back marking and to Tom for tonight's pun.

Please remember to bring your documents for ID checking if you wish to be paired up or get involved with missions to the next group run or arrange a convenient time/place with Steph or Emily.

Great run tonight and the bonus is you did good whilst getting fit.. Brilliant
