High Hoe, High Hoe, off to Oak Grove we go
8 GoodGymers made their way 6.2km to help the Oak Grove Community Church in Norwich.

This week's Group Run took us on a 3km each-way run and walk to Oak Grove Community Church.
A big welcome to two new members this week - Rocio and Susanna were taking part in their first Group Runs with us.
Everyone met at The Forum and after a warm-up we set off with Elizabeth being backrunner/walker.
Becca greeted us with tools and explained what we had to do, which was clear as many weeds and overgrown areas as we can.
After 45 minutes we blitzed the area and transformed it.
