Stonebridge Park supports single homeless Men, Age 18+. Support with drugs, alcohol, and mental health.

We will be helping clear their green space behind the building so that the residents can get involved in recreational activities such as gardening. De-weeding, bramble removal etc.

There is plenty of green space so plenty to do!
