26 lovely runners deliver 1000 flyers for Battersea Cats and Dogs home then do planks in the park

It was another grey August evening, so we all needed a little bit of GoodGym competition to brighten up our lives. We split into three teams led by James, Katie and Issy and headed off to three key areas that needed some flyers delivering. Battersea Cats and Dogs home run free pet care events and we were the ones that had to spread the word. The fastest team to reach Brockwell Park would be the winners.

After 30 minutes of whizzing around Brixton, we had delivered all the flyers, including on the big Sainsbobs notice board and Katie's team were the winners!

With the task done, we did a couple of nice hill reps, with George C legging it way faster than everyone else....way to go George! Then we worked the core with some planks and other such stomach crunching activities. A short run home, some stretches and then a veggie percie pig saw the night finish in style. Thanks Lambeth!
