18:15 - 20:00This weeks session is going to be at Eastrop Park Play Area (Eastrop Ln, Basingstoke RG21 4QB) and we are going to be doing some weeding and other gardening around the paddling pool and surrounds.
There will be a range of tasks available for you to choose depending on what you would enjoy. The council is providing the needed tools so gardening gloves are the only things you need to bring.
We will be meeting at the Basingstoke Sports & Social Club at 6:15pm before we set off with 2 groups, 1 for walking and the other jogging. You can meet us there from 6:30pm
We will assist there until 8pm when we head back to the Social Club where you can get some food and drinks

You will be able to join a group walking to the task if you'd prefer not to run.
Options are available to run between 3km and 6km in total
Remember that we run/walk to and from the task, so you'll only be running/walking for half this distance in one go.
This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.

We are meeting at the Basingstoke Sports & Social Club before our session and then doing an inclusive run where no one will be left behind to the session Helping Dogs and Cats store .at 4 Feather Lane (Approximate arrival time 7pm)

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
