Develop a forest school space for St Edwards First School
The children will be able to enjoy nature and save travel costs to nature reserves
Location
St Edward’s Catholic First SchoolParsonage Lane,
Windsor,
SL4 5EN
Date and time
18:15 - 20:00Thursday at 6:15pm is GoodGym Windsor Night and for this session we will be helping St Edward’s Catholic First School SL4 5EN.
This is a community mission so we will meet at The Binoy, Dedworth Road where there is parking or parking also in the nearby in the Pirate Park. We will then have a social run/walk the long way round to the school or if you prefer there is also parking at the school if you want to meet us there.
This is the second of the two sessions that we are aiming to develop a Forest School space within the school. The job requires digging up, clearing out, and potentially painting the fence so they have a ‘blank canvas’. Paula (who will be supporting the new Forest School space) has created a video explaining and detailing some ideas for the project and resulting forest school: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2sH-p9AMYEo&ab_channel=MrKeohane
Please bring garden gloves if you have some.
After the task we will have an optional fun and social fitness session.
Look forward to seeing you all there.
How are you getting there?
