Who this task will support
Little Edi Foundation
A small charity focused on development opportunities for disadvantaged young people from local areas, this may include giving aid including fresh food, toys, school equipment and uniform, chances to volunteer distributing aid or offering grants to volunteer overseas in Europe’s poorest country, Moldova.

The Little Edi Foundation is a small local charity that enables disadvantaged children to fulfil their potential, giving them equal access to food, education and learning development.

They receive food donations from Fareshare at Tescos which needs to be distributed on Sundays and Wednesdays.

For this task we will be helping The Little Edi Foundation sort and deliver their food parcels on Sunday evening directly from Tescos on Springfield Road. Meeting at around the back where the lorry's go! (just opposite The Two Brewers Pub).

Most of the deliveries will be in the Melboure area, if you are running/walking bring a backpack and if you are cycling a basket or panniers would help. Or there is the very un-GoodGym way of driving.

Anyone who does sign up for this task will need to have a very brief personal reference written for them before taking part in the task. I will email you the details when you sign up.

Due to the current pandemic, face masks must be worn and you are not allowed to car-share unless you are in the same household/support bubble.

How are you getting there?
