This mission will help Nicole from TransitionsUK with their Aspire project, which helps young people with mild/moderate learning disabilities develop their independence with the aim that they can successfully live independently.

We will be joining their friendly evening social session at Ramridge Baptist Church to meet the young people for a chat, help out with a cookery session, and take a group out for a walk and an exercise session, maybe a jog around the park or a football kick around.

Nicole and the team were really pleased last time and this collaboration stands to have a huge impact on helping these young people transition to an independent adulthood.

Note slightly earlier start time This is just so the evening can flow a bit smoother around the walking and meal time.
