We have been asked by H&F GP Federation to help Mr S collect a foodback parcel.
Mr S has a vision problem and needs help with collecting food parcels from Foodbank @ St Michael and St George's Church, 1 Commonwealth Ave, London, W12 7QR on one of the following dates: Tue:13:30-16:00, Fri:10:00-12:30' Sat:10:00-12:00
The referrer has confirmed that this task has already been completed and so this food parcel collection is no longer required for Saturday.
