Spade in Kelsey

Sunday morning’s task took Ria and Hannah back to the lovely Friends of Kelsey Park for another stint tackling the various unwanted bits of vegetation stealing space from the dogwood. Good progress was made in the fight against the ivy, brambles and sedge, with some pretty gigantic clumps being hauled out and minimum damage suffered by the crocuses hiding amongst the undesirable stuff. Sadly no frogs today but blue sky was just about spotted and we were intrigued by possible plans for work on a bug hotel in the neat future!
