Spring Clean!
3 GoodGymers made their way 6.2km to help the The Canal and River Trust in Birmingham.

This evening we got back to our normal section on the canal to give it a tidy up after a few weeks away. Eve and Rob did a great job on a lovely sunny spring evening! Following the task we did a steady 3km run back, via the canals and city centre followed by some well earned refreshment!
