All of our tasks are fun, but this one really felt like we were having a clear and direct impact on those in need, and whilst packing the bags we could literally imagine a child opening their bag on Christmas Day.

Helping the lovely Marilyn tend to this super community garden.
We will be helping out at Canbury Community Garden every month to help Marilyn stay on top of all the tasks that need doing. Depending on how many volunteers sign up the tasks may include clearing the pathways so it's accessible for all, turning over and chopping up the compost heap, and chatting with the chickens. As well as this, she always finds something new to keep us on our toes too so watch this space!
Notes
All helpers to bring gloves.
Location
The community garden is next to Canbury Secret Café in Canbury Gardens, quite near the bandstand which is a visible landmark. Mobile in case of problems 07905 005 558.

GoodGym is a community of people that get fit by doing good. We run, walk and cycle to do practical tasks for community organisations and isolated older people.
