parkrun is a free community event where people walk, jog or run 5k. It takes place every Saturday and everyone is welcome. Volunteers are a vital to ensure the events run smoothly and carry out task such as setting up the event, marshalling, timekeeping, scanning, handing out finish tokens or tail walking.

Before volunteering, you need to register with parkrun to receive your barcode and ID (number starting with A). You can find more information about volunteering at parkrun here: https://support.parkrun.com/hc/en-us/sections/200112523-volunteering

To volunteer, please email: brookleys@parkrun.com to say you would like to volunteer and include your ID number (starting with A) in the email. The team will confirm your role and arrival time.

We will meet near the volunteer check-in point on Pheasant Drive map and head for a coffee afterwards if you are able to stay.
