Trinity Methodist Church has asked us to weed their front paved area and car park, as their helpers are mostly older people and they find this difficult. The church buildings are used by a local drama club, a Scout group, Girlguiding groups, community lunch clubs, addict support groups, and family support groups, as well as the church itself, so this will benefit the whole community.
There is street lighting on Rainsford Road, but please bring a head torch if you have one, as it may not be fully lit in the car park. If you have your own gardening gloves, please bring those too.
If you've not been to GoodGym before, or you've not been in a while, you'd be very welcome to join us. Just wear clothes you can run and work in, all equipment will be provided.
We run at chatty pace and we have a back marker, so no-one gets left behind.
There is parking, toilets and lockers available at The Old Factory Gym - please bring your own padlock if you want to use a locker.

The area you are working in may be in darkness which could cause a risk of trips or concealed hazards.
This is a GoodGym group run. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run to the task together. If you can't run for more than 15 minutes without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us by email at goodgymchelmsford@goodgym.org.
Options are available to run between 2km and 4km in total.
Remember that we will be running to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.
Comments are a good place to ask any questions you may have about the session.
