About this session
The Turnham Green mural under the bridge outside the station is a popular piece of art which thousands of people pass every day. It was created by Abundance London, a Chiswick-based charity, who have asked us to come and give it a good wash down as it has become a bit dirty.
All the equipment will be provided, they just need a bit of GoodGym muscle to help collect water, give it a good wash and wipe, and leave it sparkling for local people to enjoy again!
We will follow this with a short optional fitness session on the common. Feel free to meet us directly at the task at 18:45. We have a back marker so nobody is ever left behind. There are loos and changing facilities at the start location but nowhere to store our bags. Any questions just let me know!
What to look out for
Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.
This is a GoodGym group run. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run to the task together. If you can't run for more than 15 minutes without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Anastasia Hancock (she/her) by email at ana@goodgym.org.
The total distance of this group run is 4km.
Remember that we will be running to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.

here's space to change and leave bags and toilets. We're not planning to do anything purposefully dangerous, but GoodGym takes no responsibility for your safety during group runs, you participate at your own risk.
