About this session

ℹ️ Summary

Given the fading light, this week we plan to meet directly in Norman Park – rather than at The Pavilion in the town centre – for an optional run or walk around the park before lending a hand to tend to the micro-forest. Bring a head torch if you have one 🔦

  • Help us revive this fledging micro-forest in Norman Park
  • Meet at the micro-forest by the Hook Farm Road Car Park at 18:30
  • Area Activator Sam will lead a warm-up then gentle run round the park
  • There will also be an optional walking group
  • At approx 19:00 we'll return to the micro-forest to help with watering and weeding
  • After approx 45 min we'll wrap up with a gentle cool down then head home
