🎥☀️Volunteers needed for West Byfleet Summer Movie Night!☀️🎥
West Byfleet Summer Movie Night is coming up on Saturday 4th July, and they are looking for a fantastic team of volunteers to help make it a memorable evening for the whole community!
Weather you can spare an hour or a few we would love help with:-
🍿Setting up before the event ☀️Welcoming guests ☕Refreshment stalls 🎥Event support during the film 🧹Tidying up afterwards
Its a great ay to meet local people, support a community event and be part of a fun summer evening . Interested in helping ? the following slots are available:- 10am - 12am (Set Up 5:30pm onwards support during the event escorting people, manning the bar 20:50 - onwards (Clean Up) If you can please email:- westbyfleettogether@gmail.com
