For this session we're going to meet at the task, so you'll need to make your own way there. We encourage you to walk, run, or cycle to do so!
About this session
Parkrun is a free, weekly and timed 5k community event that is ran by volunteers (like lovely GoodGymers).
It would be great to see as many red t-shirts as possible along the route and in the finish area to spread the word about all the good we are doing in the borough.
There's plenty of options to choose from, including marshals, barcode scanners, finish tokens and tail walker. See what's available on the volunteering page and don't forget to email catford@parkrun.com to confirm which volunteering role you'd like to do.
Don't forget about the post-Parkrun coffee at the cafe in the park!
This mission is led by the parkrun director and not a GoodGym run leader or Taskforce member. The run director will provide you with a high-viz tabard on the day. Remember to email the run director in advance at catford@parkrun.com with your parkrun ID to be added to the roster.
