About this session

Join us to help look after our lovely green spaces in Richmond. First timers very welcome!

We will meet at the Tap Tavern for a welcome and warm-up then we jog as a group to the location, about 2km away. Walkers are welcome, as are cyclists or anyone who would rather meet at the task itself (location to meet is: https://w3w.co/medium.tidy.dizzy) at about 7.10 where task owner Ken will meet us all with all the equipment needed. If you have a head torch, please bring it along. We go in all weathers so please dress for the weather.

We will also be doing some post bashing for the fence which is heavy duty work if you want a good workout!

If you have any questions at all, please comment below or email lizjones@goodgym.org

What to look out for

Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.

This is a GoodGym group run, with the option of walking too. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run or walk to the task together. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Liz (She/her) by email at lizjones@goodgym.org.

Options are available to run between 0km and 4km in total.

Remember that we will be running or walking to and from the task, so you'll only be running or walking for half this distance in one go.
