About this session

Welcome to GoodGym Bexley!

We're a friendly group that combines exercise with practical help for local community organisations and charities. Every Wednesday evening we get together and head to an organisation to complete a physical task that makes a real difference. Afterwards we often go to a nearby pub or café for some social time together.

To get there we offer an optional group run. Whether you're an experienced runner or just starting out, everyone is welcome. We'll run at a pace that keeps the group together, and no one is ever left behind.

🎯The task

Boogie on down and to help distribute flyers for the Community Hospice's disco night. We'll provide the good vibes for this groovy task!

Leafleting is a a great opportunity to boost you step-count for the day, all the while chatting and helping a fantastic local charity.

Some of those letterboxes have strong springs so we advise wearing gloves to protect your knuckles 🧤.

Bring yourself, bring a friend and let's have a good time.
