We will be running to task (2.5kish run) and will be departing Blue House Yard at 6:45 on the dot.
We will also have an optional quick 10 minute fitness session post-task. No pressure to join!

This is a GoodGym group run. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run to the task together. If you can't run for more than 15 minutes without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Euclides Montes by email at euclides@goodgym.org.
