About this session

As spring arrives and the evenings lighter, GoodGYm are BACK at St John's Court to provide manual labour for whatever they have in store for us.

Usually we are outdoors, doing basic gardening or painting garden furtniture, so bring clothes to expect that and gloves for the gardening work (they will provide gloves if not).

We have a short run from the Sports Centre (Main Entrance) at 18:15 or you can just headd straight to the mission for an 18:30 start (What3Words location https://what3words.com/minds.grin.third)

What to look out for

Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.

This is a GoodGym group run, with the option of walking too. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run or walk to the task together. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us by email at bath@goodgym.org.

The total distance of this group run is 1km.

Remember that we will be running or walking to and from the task, so you'll only be running or walking for half this distance in one go.
