For this session we're going to meet at the task, so you'll need to make your own way there. We encourage you to walk, run, or cycle to do so!
Working with Grow for Life so they can increase their work in therapeutic horticulture and help more people who are suffering with anxiety, depression and isolation.
They will provide tools, please bring gloves. The task may involve painting their new potting shed so dress appropriately!

Continue along the road for 100m, then its the turning on left before the high wall that runs along the road. If you don’t make the turn into the yard, you’ll end up at the Farm Shop, which is no bad thing, they do good coffee! There is space to park in the yard next to the Walled Garden and they have a portaloo, and running water.
