About this session

We have been asked to help a charity called INS (www.ins.org.uk), based in Twickenham. They support adults with neurological conditions and need some support to maintain their facilities. No experience necessary and this is perfect for regulars and first timers welcome too!

If you are meeting at the task, the location is 82 Hampton Rd https://maps.app.goo.gl/RY5FiRKq9SLBSRMK7

Any questions, simply comment below or email lizjones@goodgym.org

What to look out for

Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.

This is a GoodGym group run. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run to the task together. If you can't run for more than 15 minutes without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Liz (She/her) by email at lizjones@goodgym.org.

Options are available to run between 0km and 8km in total.

Remember that we will be running to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.
