Getting there
For this session we're going to meet at the task, so you'll need to make your own way there. We encourage you to walk, run, or cycle to do so!
About this session
The church has a lovely congregation of older people. They were very appreciative of our help with their book fair in October and would welcome some help to set tables/chairs and support with the heavy lifting of the items from storage down to the area with the stalls (in the hall).
On arrival ask for Elaine and let her know you are with GoodGym.

The church has a lovely congregation of older people who have been with it for many years. Unfortunately, they are all getting on and have various health issues so could do with a hand with some of their events.
