Getting there

For this session we're going to meet at the task, so you'll need to make your own way there. We encourage you to walk, run, or cycle to do so!

About this session

We will be helping Friends of John Innes Park with setting up ahead of the Music in the Park event which starts at 3pm. Therefore please arrive to help for 1.45pm. Jobs will include moving tables and chairs so be prepared to do a little lifting. As a volunteer you are welcome to enjoy the event afterwards (no charge).

We will be meeting Jo in the croquet club car park which is inside the Mostyn Road entrance - exact details to be provided once sign ups are confirmed.

This task supports

The Friends meet every 2nd Friday of the month at 9am to work on various gardening jobs.

What to look out for

Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.

This is a GoodGym community mission. When we're doing a community mission we make our own way to the task, so you can choose to walk, run, or cycle. Thinking of cycling - check out our FAQs

This session is organised by your Taskforce, a group of experienced GoodGym members in your area. They are not responsible for your safety. You should feel confident to participate in the session as it is described and you do so at your own risk.
