About this session

Richmond CVS supports all charity, community and voluntary activity in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. This evening we will be heading out to deliver leaflets for them to promote the Trustee recruitment evening, an essential event to help volunteer groups to find new trustees and continue their good work.

We will meet at the Tap Tavern at 6.45 and there won't be a run - we usually cover almost 5km each doing a leaflet drop, but you won't notice the distance amongst chatting to fellow GoodGymers!

A perfect session to come along for your first time to GoodGym if you would like to find out what we are all about, you will always be made to feel welcome.

What to look out for

Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.

This is a GoodGym group run, with the option of walking too. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run or walk to the task together. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Liz (She/her) by email at lizjones@goodgym.org.

Options are available to run between 2km and 5km in total.

Remember that we will be running or walking to and from the task, so you'll only be running or walking for half this distance in one go.
