GoodGym is a community of people who get fit by doing good - combining exercise and volunteering. The community have done 426,482 good deeds, completed 68,000+ group sessions to help community projects and ran over 6 million kilometres together.
We'll be meeting at the Greenwich Campus and run 5.6km to the Greenwich Memorial Hospital, where we'll be planting bulbs using garden spades and trowels. Once the task is done, you have the choice of making your own way back, or running back to the campus with me where we can cool down before we part ways.

No one yetMake sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.
This is a GoodGym group run. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run to the task together. If you can't run for more than 15 minutes without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Rachel Henry by email at rachelhenry@goodgym.org.
Options are available to run between 5km and 6km in total.
Remember that we will be running to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.
Meet at the entrance to the Queen Anne Building. Map will be send to all those who sign up. There's space to change and leave bags and toilets. We're not planning to do anything purposefully dangerous, but GoodGym takes no responsibility for your safety during group runs, you participate at your own risk. Participants accept full responsibility for items stored at The University of Greenwich, and The University of Greenwich and GoodGym will not be held liable for any losses or damages.
Comments are a good place to ask any questions you may have about the session.
