About this session
If you want to run, please meet at Heart at 6pm.
For non-runners please meet at Cardigan Community Centre,145-149 Cardigan Rd, Burley, Leeds LS6 1LJ at 6.25pm.
We will be tidying the centre's Secret Garden.

Elders Connect Project Cardi-Gardeners Youth Work Kids Holiday Sessions We would love to work with GoodGym on a few tasks around the centre, including tidying up our Secret Garden, as well as painting our Burley Park Room.

Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.
This is a GoodGym group run. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run to the task together. If you can't run for more than 15 minutes without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Laura by email at lauracope@goodgym.org.
Options are available to run between 3km and 6km in total.
Remember that we will be running to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.

We are a friendly group who meet every Wednesday evening at 6pm. We also have at least one other session in the week. Newcomers welcome!
