About this session

This is one of our 2019 Bath Half training runs! But you are welcome to join us even if you aren't running the Bath Half but want to come and run with us at the pace and distance below to get some great exercise in a friendly environment. And it doesn't matter if you haven't been able to come to our other runs.

We will be running a distance of 15km and aim for a pace of 5mins, 41seconds per km. This is the ideal pace for achieving a time of 2 hours in the Bath Half Marathon.

We will be running from the Leisure Centre (main entrance by swimming pool) along the canal and then straight back again.

Timings:

  • We will meet at the Leisure Centre at 0845 and leave at 0900.
  • We will be back at the Leisure Centre around 1030.

Note: since this is not a traditional GG event we will not necessarily have a backmarker.

Check the listings for the next training run!
