Wow Ms M was just the loveliest! She explained to me she had already had a GoodGym rubber help her and she was just a delight. She was so grateful and thankful! She was shocked that I managed to find antibacterial wipes - so was I! She was just such a gem that I was tempted to ask for one of the wipes to wipe away my tears of joy at meeting such heartwarming thankful people!
