216 young people ran, jogged or walked around a beautiful sunny Eaton Park today. It was so inspiring to see so many little ones out with a responsible adult. I was positioned at turn 7 near the skate park, so this time I had to be more encouraging (if that’s possible) as some were flagging, a few “I can’t go on” were heard but after a high five they went on their merry way. Lots of happy faces by the time I arrived back at the Bandstand. I was also given a walkie Talkie and like Emily last week I felt even more important 😂
