The night was dark, and the rain had already begun, but 11 GoodGymers still turned up to ****sort the junk from the trunk...

Following a warm up including elbowing the people behind us in tesco, kneeing the people in front of us and having a temper tantrum - promise these are drills and no one was harmed in tesco or any other local shops in our warmup.

We turned away from Leamington to loop round past the park for some games. Due to the monsoon coming in we did our fitness before the session. Rising Damp ensued during the game due to the downpour. A fun game of Turtles began, the aim in teams is to flip your turtles (cones - no turtles were harmed we promise) onto their backs or onto their tummies. Lots of sprints and shouting encouragement - ok Becky shouted a lot, a winner was announced. To make it fair we mixed the game up and another (same) winner was announced. In true GoodGym style it was agreed that it looked more like a draw...

Luckily for us the Park we were stationed by the police which coincidentally was by the building we needed. So we **Stepped up to help Kids Run Free - literally 6 flights of stairs.

Our task involved helping clear the junk, create recycling piles and check equipment for the big move. We didn't find any **Trunks but we found lots of elephants - three boxes to be precise (medals that needed to be spilt from ribbon to recycle)

There was a Stake Out on the top floor - sorting the stakes for the kids runs into packs.

And the Rubbish team - who were the opposite and very good, sorting an amazing amount of stuff to be recycled, or organised with labels to be used again.

Having moved all the recycling to another room there was some lying down on the job for a quick photo.

Emerging from the office we had a quick dash home including using those high knees to avoid the puddles.

Massive welcome to new runner Maeve on her first GoodGym run with us.

If this sounds like fun then join us next week as we return for Part Two at Kids Run Free. Please bring some puns as these **will soon wear thin on the next round.
