Four Goodgymmers, Adam ( on his first good deed!), Daryl, Keith and Lea, went to the Tree House in Hurn, the head office for Diverse Abilities. Nice jobs… indeed! Keith was happily lopping away the seed pods high in the palm trees, glad he had brought his extending loppers from home! Daryl and Adam were thinning out a too densely packed bed with mainly lovely smelling mint. Lea attacked the buddleia with a vengeance. Buddleia grows fiercely so needs to be cut back fiercely. Clearing up all the cuttings and weeds were jobs that Lea, Daryl and Adam got stuck in. But… heaven of heavens the best job of all: digging out the invasive irises in the pond. Yeeesss, MUD HEAVEN for Lea! Adam was definitely earning his Goodgym first deed: digging, pulling, heaving mud, together with Lea, all under the watchful eyes of Daryl and Keith. When Lea put a bucket of mud down a bit too hard, Daryl wasn’t so happy anymore… oops, sorry Daryl. Lea, covered in mud, was as happy as a mud loving hippo.
