A beautiful sunny day at Salt Hill and today walk-in appointments were being offered to the residents of Slough. My duty was different to my usual one, I was car parking attendant across the road at Claycots school for the walk-in patients whilst the Salt Hill car parks were prioritised for those with booked appointments.
