Ms J wanted a Vogel’s loaf, a trifle, and a newspaper. A quick ogle on go(o)gle told me this particular Vogel flavour is ONLY stocked at Waitrose - so made for a lovely morning jog(le) for me.

I hadn’t seen Ms J for a while but it was lovely to catch up and have a natter. She said ‘Ah, I didn’t recognise it was you! Normally you look rather glamorous.’ Referring probably to my post-run look vs when I would walk to hers last year. But glad to know I scrub up well when not sweaty! I hope she enjoys her Saturday!
