On a crisp December evening, five of us got together to spur each other on to keep exercising through the dark and cold. We welcomed Tony to our group for the first time, it was great to meet him! After a 3.5km jog round Wanstead we put in another 10 minutes of intervals round the Christmas tree on George Green, ending with another one of my shockingly bad group selfies! Improving my photography skills is on the list of New Year's resolutions. Well done everyone, great to get out running and see friendly faces, always gives me a boost mid week.
