It was great to welcome Roger back to GoodGym after his first session with Liam and COBs last week! Although it was just the two of us we managed to do a good 1k plog around Stirchley Park and the surrounding area picking enough rubbish for a full bag in about 30 minutes. We then headed for a chatty 3k run along the Rea (hence the pun!). Not a fan of the Americanism in the pun but it was all I could think of 😅 Hopefully we will see you again soon Roger!
