Today I've paid my weekly visit to Mrs D. She's been alright, a bit disappointed that her doctor appointment has been postponed again, but in good spirits otherwise. We got chatting again and she recalled the good old days when she used to go to London. She loved to go to the annual Ideal Home Exhibition, where she could find all sort of interesting things. Her husband was not so keen on having to carry around all that shopping, but all in all, a great day out. Except when the bus broke down on the way home and they spent hours on the road, waiting to be rescued and got back in the middle of the night!... Then the carer arrived and I said my goodbyes to Mrs D. While cycling on my way home, I then came to the rescue of this cute Land Rover Teddy Bear that was lying abandoned on the side of the road, looking very frightened. I placed him on safer grounds and hope that it will be reunited with its rightful owner soon.

Lovely to hear another Mrs D story, and I love that you rescued a teddy too! You have really been piling up the good deeds this weekend - well done! x
