I ran from my home in Canada Water, to and from the BFC, totalling just under 7.6km. Emma was the coordinator today and there were another two volunteers, Jenny and Chris.

I was first tasked with disassembling around 50 Hello Fresh meal packs and sorting them into veg, sauces and rice/ noodles staples. Emma then got me to replenish milk cartons on the shelf. Jenny and I then flattened cardboard boxes and bundled them up for recycling collection. Our final task was to quality check vine tomatoes to ensure freshness, to be ready for sale when the BFC opens tomorrow morning.

From Sam: Great first session to get involved with Christine and love that you fully got into the GoodGym spirit of "getting fit whilst doing good". I hope to see you at some other session soon.
