Mr and Mrs R are a lovely couple who are sadly having a particularly difficult time - made much worse by having to continue to self isolate. They are hugely grateful to the Goodgym runners for all the support they have received throughout lockdown.

It was a pleasure to return for a forth mission to find the grocery items that bring some small enjoyment to their day. (I added a few extra things from me to help bring some extra cheer).

Mrs R was keen to meet my baby boy (from a safe distance) so I hope this brought a little extra sunshine on a hot day!
