Checking in with Mrs F this week I found out she was struggling with her bad back this week and feeling a bit blue at not being able to get out and about. It’s much quieter where she lives because the weather has kept people indoors so she can’t watch them in the communal garden and there is non of the regular entertainment and activities taking place at the accommodation due to the pandemic. She watches a lot of television to pass the time, although doesn’t like all of the football on Saturdays. She hadn’t taken her pain killers that morning so it was a good opportunity to encourage her to take them.
