This morning I had the privilege of collecting some groceries for someone unable to go to her local food bank down in sunny Deptford.

All went well and after the collection I took a stroll through a local park to find Ms L.

The food bank had no lemons today alas, but they did have some home cooked pumpkin soup which smells really good.

And I not only had the pleasure of meeting the lovely Ms L but a good hours worth of fresh air and sunshine.
